Freehills graduate recruitment

 

Freehills wanted to resonate more with graduates while giving internal teams guidelines to create a new national graduate recruitment campaign. By interviewing graduate recruits, I validated the brand’s claim “at Freehills, you can be yourself”. I brought the claim to life in testimonial-driven positioning with guidelines for a voice that millennials could believe in. These became the foundation for a new brand toolkit for the firm’s recruiters.
